Child Dedication

A child dedication is a brief ceremony during  a regular church service in which Christian parents make a commitment to God to raise their child or children according to God's Word and God's ways. It's acknowledging the responsibility as parents to raise our kids up in the Lord and to dedicate ourselves to doing so.

We ask the family and kids to come up front, to share a little bit about themselves and their children, and then we pray together. We also give a certificate to the families involved.
